Awesome day on the Trinity. You don't get days like this everyday... You just don't.

Matt Murdough from Santa Monica owned it today. Every fish he brought to the net reminded me of an ex-girlfriend; Beautiful and Angry.
While today was his first time ever fishing Trinity, he adapted quickly and had a few fish landed within the first hour.    

The good news is the much needed rain has pushed a lot more fish into the system- the bad news? It's still steelhead fishing, and these guys aren't exactly known for jumping into your net.
