Trinity River: , by Andrew Harris: Biggest Trinity fish of the Season: 4 stars I just finished up two days with Steve and Ron from the Bay Area. Monday was kind of a normal day for this season - Ron landed two nice adult steelies and the rest of our fish were half-pounders. Tuesday was Steve's turn and the action was consistent throughout the day. His first fish was a nice wild fish that we had to chase downstream through a boulder garden to land. All of the fish he landed were over 6 pounds and he finished the day with a huge one. We taped it at 30" and it was a big, deep bodied wild fish. I'm guessing somewhere in the 10-12 pound range. It's the biggest Trinity fish I've had in my net in a few seasons for sure. Nice job guys! Wow! Steve landed the biggest Trinity fish I've seen in a few seasons Day 1 was all Ron. Here is his best fish of the day. Steve's 2nd fish on day 2 Beaver sighting! Steve's first fish on day 2 Next 10 open days for Andrew Harris: |
