We had good fishing today until 11am and then it totally shut down on us.  It turns out the flows went down and back up today by about 1000cfs.  Not a recipe for success on the Lower Sac.  Fortunately we landed two really nice fish before the bite turned off.  Both were on small olive mayfly nymph patterns.  There was a huge PMD hatch, size 18-20, from noon until 4pm.
