Today I guided Dave and Paul from San Jose on the Pit River.  It was a beautiful fall day, no wind and just warm enough to not have to wear a jacket.  We hooked into some very big fish today on a size 10 Morrish Dirty Bird.  A size 16 Mercer's olive Z-Wing worked well, also.  The scenery is incredible right now on the Pit.  The colors change a little bit every day.  We had the whole river to ourselves today, which was remarkable for a Sunday.
