Today I had the pleasure of helping out with a group from the Golden Gate Angling and Casting Club and had Gavan and Tony in my raft. Two really nice guys. We swung flies on the lower river and Tony brought two nice steelhead to hand. Gavan, after not touching a Spey rod in a decade, fished really well and had a couple of grabs. Additionally, we saw fish moving up the system and had the river to ourselves.
