If you are eager to get out and do some fishing, wait no longer!  The fishing is excellent right now on the Lower Sac.  Our day today would get a 5 star review except for the fact that the fish slept in until 10:30am.  After our slow start the fishing was excellent the rest of the day.  We saw good numbers of PMDs and march browns hatching.  We were focused on nymph fishing, but you could have spent hours fishing dry flies to rising fish today.  My guests Steve and Gary landed a ton of fish, including plenty in the 16-19" range and a couple in the 20-21" range.  Our biggest fish was a stout Lower Sac fatty well over 3 pounds.  Don't miss out - book a spring Lower Sac trip soon!
