It’s been a while since I’ve posted a fishing report. I have had several walk-wade trips on our inter-mountain streams that have been very successful. On the other hand, the lower Sac has been pretty challenging the past couple months. Today was different for my guests Jim and Ken, as Kevin Kay and I worked together with a fun group of guys.  My guys hooked most their fish on mayfly nymphs, but they were also able to trick a few fish into eating rubberlegs. Even with the hot temps, it’s been very pleasant while on the water. The “egg bite” is right around the corner, so now is the time to book your trip as our October calendars are starting to fill.
