Had a fun trip on the Lower Sac yesterday. There are some quality fish around and eating. We had varied weather throughout the day with a little rain. There was a pretty good sized bwo hatch and a decent sized pmd hatch in the afternoon. Fish keyed in on these and the fishing is only going to get better as the month continues. February and March are great months to chase big fish up at the top of the river before it closes.
